What is the neighbourhood like?Â

It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Dufferin Mall by drive.
The home has a rooftop balcony that provides a view of the city skyline and is accessible through the primary bedroom.

What about the price tag?Â
Santos believes the home is justifiably listed at its price considering the amenities provided.Â
“We feel that there is tremendous value in the home and therefore are hopeful that we will sell very close to list,” she said.Â

Last month’s housing market report from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board said that many buyers kept their home purchase decisions on hold and the market remained well-supplied, resulting in a slight dip in the average selling price compared to June 2023.
