Pusateri’s Fine Foods closing one of its downtown Toronto locations

Pusateri’s other three locations - Avenue Road, Bayview Village and the Eaton Centre - will remain open. As for current employees at Yorkville, the Pusateri’s spokesperson said they’ll be offered “relocation positions within our company for uninterrupted employment.”

First opening at Bay Street and Yorkville Avenue in 2003, Pusateri’s became a Yorkville staple known for its quality selection of products including Wagyu beef, fine chocolates, Spanish Iberico ham and caviar from the Caspian Sea. 

As for what customers can expect from the new Little Italy location at 899 College St., which is expected to open later this spring, Pusateri’s said it’s “a split concept of a friendly neighbourhood fine food grocery shop and a new quick food service concept for fast and fresh meal solutions, breakfast, and coffee.”
